Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Processing means your order is confirmed, prepared and handed to the carrier.

Transit time

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days. Delivery times vary by product, warehouse and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6–12 business days; the estimate shown at checkout applies to your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact sales@clearlinkgoods.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a replacement.
